Excellent Staff and Location - Even though the rooms may need a bit of work it is perfect for friends travelling to this part of the world. We had our bags lost at the airport but the staff were excellent in helping us get them back - Would stay here again. Great location,near the sea, wonderful and helpful staff, excellent food, beautiful and unusual interior. A lot of cafes nearby. The beach at the hotel clean, well-groomed and well-maintained.

Best location if you are looking for party in Odessa. Price and quality balance is fair. Stuff were very friendly. girl from reception was very kind. Location Sea View. it's inside Arkadia and really close to the beaches, this is the only good thing. Some of the staff were friendly and courteous. Staff were excellent 24 Hour Bar Location. The only good thing about this hotel is the restaurant nearby called "Первачок" which doesn't belong to this hotel. The food there was very good,fresh and quite cheap. Stayed in a room of economy class. The room was small, but the disadvantage is that no shower curtain , hook and elementary shelves for toiletries. It is in (above) a bar/cafe. Not a normal hotel. I was there in April, so the music wasn't a problem, as there weren't many people there yet, but when they and other clubs play music late night, it is loud. Incredibly NOISY. All the clubs are right next to the hotel, so it was hard to fall asleep. Noise Beds. Room very small, noisy and not so clean, with unprofessional staff. During the summer season, don't bother trying to get some sleep; when not from the music from the clubs outside, the music from their own restaurant will sure keep you awake almost all night... might get some sleep between 5 am and 8 am. The parking is fairly expensive. No hot water in the room, had to go to a vacant room to shower; might as well pay less with better comfort for an hotel offering shared bathrooms. Room was only serviced once in a week even though I asked several times Very thin walls, ps thank you to the energetic couple in the next room. Everything was terrible! Firstly,it's not hotel,it's just a restaurant with rooms for rest, which means loud Armenian music from dusk till dawn that doesn't let you sleep at all! Plus there are some night clubs very close to hotel with loud music all night long! The staff is not caring or polite. They just don't care. Yes,the price was relatively low but it's not worth it.Definitely the worst place I've ever been to. You must be crazy to stay there.
