  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed.   This was a special family trip to revisit places from 61 years ago. Age range of our party was 56 - 85. We were made to feel like part of the family and the staff could not do enough for us. Had dinner and breakfast there and the food is really tasty, well cooked and mostly sourced locally which shows in the freshness and flavour

  We really enjoyed our stay at Middleton Grange, we took our busy little spaniel with us, and the owners (Salli and George) were wonderful, and really made us feel at home, especially Izzy (our spaniel) who was very happy to be fussed, and to explore the garden and grounds. We would definitely recommend this B&B - eccentric but wonderful. and very friendly! - Everything. There is nothing negative to say about this B&B.   Absolutely stunning location which was extremely easy to find. The proprietor was welcoming and friendly. It was very clean, and super comfortable, the bed could of fitted 4 of us! I had my own terrace too and the shower room was very spacious. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and the hosts just could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for Barbara and Gordon. They were so kind to us during this difficult time and we were sorry that we had to leave a day earlier. The accommodation was excellent, food superb and location peaceful. Would definitely return.
