  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   I like the lady in the reception who checked us in earlier than their usual. She noticed that I called in for this request a week earlier and she was so gracious and lovely with it. Always smiling and conversant. It was relaxing and our 7 years old son had a blast even for his freebie breakfast. he was over the moon for that. Thank you again. - very friendly and helpful staff. My TV decided not to work after about half an hour - when I reported it to reception, they immediately offered me an alternative room, very quickly and efficiently done. The room was quiet and appropriately heated. All facilities were good and a good powerfull shower! Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast - again the staff were friendly and efficient.
