  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a hotel I w - Staff were very helpful and welcoming...kitchen had gluten free bread and were able to provide gluten free meals...always difficult when we travel with our son who had Coeliac Disease...fantastic..don't go expecting a quaint country pub hotel...it definitely had the feel of a travel lodge, but higher quality with a good restaurant and excellent staff...great for a night stop...

  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed.
