O que as pessoas dizem
Fantastic quiet location very much reminded of my parents country house
in france.
efficient service, good standard of rooms with internet connection, tv, hairdryer, towels, comfortable beds and good quality feel through-out.
more of the larger and more expensive hotel chains could learn alot from such small, family run b&b's.
great value for money with a freshly cooked full english breakfast.
Also had a good meal at the recommended Bluebell pub and received a discount as staying at the . todos opiniões »
We stayed in the wonderful log cabin (superior double) in the garden.
Ideal location for the Three counties showground. Friendly hosts who
provided superb breakfasts. The pub in the village gives you 10%
discount on food if you are staying here (tues night £10 mixed
grill/weds night is pie night) & its excellent food too with a
lovely landlady (Sue). We would recommend Henwick as an ideal place to
stay if you wanted a luxurious getaway & restful break. We will go
back there again.
Unfortunately we didn't arrive till late due to traffic however the staff accommodated us by staying up later to book ourselves in .staff and owners very friendly and breakfast was great room superb although we had to sleep in seperate beds. Stunning premises in great location off the beaten track.
Surroundings excellent, warm welcome, room comfortable well kept, ample
parking, greeted cheerily for breakfast, good selection for
breakfast, selection of daily papers.overall you would find it very
difficult to find fault with this establishment.
The warm welcome on arrival; the unintrusive friendliness and attention to our needs; the relaxed but efficient ambiance; the excellent, generous breakfasts; the availability of free Wi-Fi access, and the quiet location.
I believe we were upgraded to the deluxe twin. This was a self contained
cabin. Very quiet. All modern conveniences. Excellent hosts. Lovely
breakfasts. Secure parking. Discount for dinner at the lovely local pub.

I booked this weekend break for my Dad's 70th. They stayed in a cabin in the garden which they loved. Staff were very helpful and my parents had a great time.

Friendly, cosy, lovely breakfast, nice setting.
convenient location. Good value. comfy bed,.
Lovely setting. Helpful but not too pushy.
Accommodation, grounds, breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Unkept road to house, more[directions] signage needed, for me personally
bathroom to small.
There was nothing to dislike.
The B&B is a little difficult to find, it's up a little lane
They have great problems with the Internet in the cabins. Ok though in
the house sitting room.
Liked it all!.
Nothing.
nothing!.
Bathroom was tiny and did not have a shower!.
Clearer signs to distinquish the B/B.
I didn't like having to use the same towels for both days and nights of our stay, especially as the bath towel was a little small for large people.
The room was extremely small, and the hostess did not offer to move me into a bigger one, even though I was obviously struggling with the amount of gear I needed to bring in, and she had told me that I was the only guest that night. This would have been helpful and made a really good impression. I disliked the overpowering plug-in air fresheners. The unmade drive/track leading to the house is offputting.
nothing.
better signs off road needed.
liked it all!.
Was in a slightly more remote location than I thought.
Would have liked the towels being changed though not every day.
Minor, but the shower cubical needed a shelf for placing shampoo, flannel etc.
The room was rather small.
Wifi is poor, but they provide a LAN cable which works fine, not really a problem.
Nothing not to like.
nothing.
lack of direction from the road:
there is no Henwick House sign.
Dark lane but that cant be helped when you are in the country.
The letsbookhotel.com web site site phrase about 15% prepayment??? See below.
This caused a bit of an issue when payment was required by owner.
Bed was a bit lumpy with noisy springs, and breakfast was greasy, though there was a big selection of breakfast cereals many of these were childrens and there was no muesli.
Nothing.
there was a door or window that sounded like it was banging in the wind. That was a bit of putting as it went on a long time.
The fact of being told I couldn't eat in my room when I was starving and tired and just needed to chill!.
Room above us, very noisy awoken before 6am in mornings.
shower - too small for power shower.
Couple of small suggestions:
Could do with hooks in bathroom to hang wash bag or role.
Hair dryer - Could not see mirror due to length of cord.
nothing.
