  Very friendly, helpful, efficient staff at reception and at breakfast who were very professional. Comfortable, tastefully furnished room and en suite that were clean and tended daily by room service. I would stay here again. Many thanks. - My room was spacious, comfortable and warm. It was also lovely and quiet so I had a good night's sleep. The view from the window was lovely too. The food was beautifully cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

It was easy to find and there was good and reasonable car parking. The courtesy bus to and from the airport terminal was prompt and obliging. The transport to and from the airport was always on time and the staff knew which terminal I needed, even when I did not. The room was comfortable and surprisingly silent, given that it is right next to an airport. The room had everything I needed, and the cleanliness was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

  After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel.   The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet (apart from the aeroplanes taking off) but close enough to where I was attending my course) - Clean, lovely bedroom. Huge bed and clean bathroom. Ideal locationfor our visit to relatives in the area. We got an excellent deal onthe room too!
