My room was spacious, comfortable and warm. It was also lovely and quiet so I had a good night's sleep. The view from the window was lovely too. The food was beautifully cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel. So much more desirable than the big concrete boxes

The transport to and from the airport was always on time and the staff knew which terminal I needed, even when I did not. The room was comfortable and surprisingly silent, given that it is right next to an airport. The room had everything I needed, and the cleanliness was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet (apart from the aeroplanes taking off) but close enough to where I was attending my course) - Clean, lovely bedroom. Huge bed and clean bathroom. Ideal locationfor our visit to relatives in the area. We got an excellent deal onthe room too!
