O que as pessoas dizem
Modern no-frills basic motor hotel aimed at the budget conscious traveller. Reminds me of Ikea with its functionally designed furnishings in bright colours and pale wood-coloured laminates. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The reception area includes tables and chairs where one can socialize, have breakfast.... or eat your own takeaway meal in the evening. All-you-can-eat continental breakfast is £4.95 extra but is good value. Hotel is located in a travel plaza with other food opt. todos opiniões »
Great value for money. Clean and functional. The Cherry Tree Farm was great for food. My daughter had sausage and mash £4.95 and i had lasagne £7.95, big portions. Huge desserts, share one or you may be sick!! Had breakfast at the Ibis which was £4.95, a little dear, but we made sandwiches for lunch lol, so not so bad. Went to Alton towers which was easy to find from here. Would stay again.
Room was clean and functional, firm beds. It was well designed for a budget hotel.
The extras were all there - towels, pillows etc, just had to ask for them.
Service v helpful.
Pricing of the extras, (sandwiches, drinks, fruit) was also fair, no nasty rip-offs.
I stayed 1 night to visit friends & collect my new puppy. The room had everything I needed. I enquired if dogs were allowed ( for future visits ) & was told that they were. The man on reception when I left was very helpful & friendly .
Despite location being next to busy road noise was minimal. Everything needed is in room albeit on small side with unorthodox layout. Great pub across car park, vast food selection and reasonable, well worth visiting rather than services.
Price! Great place for a one-night stop over. Breakfast - for £4.95 I
was expecting a coffee and croissant but it was much more than that:
fresh fruit, cereals, toast, lots of toppings, croissants &
unlimited hot & cold drinks.
Being close to my family that we were visiting due to a death in the family. Pleased to find beautifully clean accommodation to stay over night in - thank you -most suitable. We will certainly use your hotel another time.
Great location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good price. Took our dog with us and they gave us a ground floor room by the entrance so it was easier to take dog out for walk. Would definitely return to this hotel.
I liked the fresh , modern feel of the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The showers were fabulous!! Everything was spotlessly clean & considering the hotel was full it was very quiet after 9pm.
Lovely little hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but I loved the design. Being next to a main road wasn't a problem for noise I didn't hear a thing. Will definitely be staying here again x.
The staff were superb and very helpfull when we asked for directions to our onwards destination. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was basic but had a good range of choice.
Room excellent for the price. Not somewhere to stay for its beauty, but room was clean and comfortable. Good range of facilities in the services complex, including a restaurant/pub. Great for the A38 and A50.
the price was great for 3 women traveling to england from scotland and a very convient place with petrol station and food what more could you as for for that price .. absoulety will be back :).
New and clean. Small but perfectly formed. Bed firm, but comfy enough. Fantastic price. £2 off per night for no housekeeping. Extra pillows & towels provided upon request.
Staff were excellent and very helpful. On arrival we had a lovely welcoming from Eddie. The facilities were ideal for our needs with the choice of drinks and food if desired.
good friendly and helpful staff. They rectified the air con which was not working properly by giving us a mobile fan and that was fine. Room at the rear facing trees.
location, a very good pub on the same site which served excellent value for money meals. The village of Willington with good walks along the canal.
Id liked the clean room and the facilities u pay for what you get. Perfect position with the cherry tree pub that serves up lovely food a bonus.
terrific value for money. basic, clean you'll need a travel kettle & cups etc if you like tea or coffee in your room, otherwise brilliant.
ibis that i stayed at was central to our needs and very easy to get to.
staff very helpful and nice.
will use ibis again and recomend.
we stayed here as we were going to alton towers.this hotel is perfect for a cheap overnighter as it has everything u need in one room.
Very good value for money. The
gentleman who was on duty for
breakfast was very friendly and
helpful and made our stay very
pleasant.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very basic but very
clean, with a good shower. And it was only £20 for the night!.
Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel takes dogs.Nice to have FREE parking. Good location for canals, Burton and Derby.
the staff were very friendly they could not do enough for you the rooms were clean and tidy it was proper value for money.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when we needed to dry some of our clothes after a visit to Alton Towers.
Very friendly and helpful staff!! Couldn't do more to make us feel welcome. Lots of friendly advice and eager to please.
Breaking a journey from Plymouth to Yorkshire, an excellent location. Close to Derby centre and local facilities good.
The hotel as a whole was spot on we were made to feel very welcome and felt very safe staying there with my children.
Helpful staff. .Ease of parking. Availability of breakfast on site (as
opposed to adjacent pub as in other chains).
The hotel rooms were simple but clean and very nice for price, 24 hour reception was great so was snacks on site.
I loved the warm reception given by the man on duty upon arrival after a long journey. Very courteous and helpful.
Staff so welcoming & hotel is new & clean . Great £5 Bfast option . Best night in a while and so cheap !.
Well maintained hotel with friendly staff and very good in quality / price balance. Easy access from highway.
The room was quite.
Extremely good value for money.
Very clean and tidy.
And the staff were extremely.
We thought Hotel Was very good for price even changed bedding Also staff very friendly really enjoyed.
Ease of checking in. Friendly staff who remembered us from previous visit. Clean room, comfortable.
easy to find, staff very friendly, very clean room and comfortable too. looked clean and tidy.
the friendliness of the staff & helpful in every way. it was comfortable and we felt safe.
the whole package was perfect to break a long journey The "Cherry Tree Farm" is an added bonus.
Very friendly helpful staff. Good location with a lovely pub/food house over the car park.
Really nice staff, clean room & passage, modern design interior and good facilities.
It was good u had a few things near by petrol station and restaurant and good parking.
The staff were great, especially Eddie and it is brilliant for Alton Towers.
clean comfortable and helpful staff, good value for money for family of 3.
It was so quiet.i was expecting a lot of road noise and there was none.
I liked the price, friendliness of the staff.
I was really pleased :-).
Staff was very helpful. Generally clean. Excellent value for money.
easy to book, quick checking in friendly staff, adequate breakfast,.
Location, price, cleanliness and Cherry Tree Farm Pub close by.
Nothing. However, guests should recognize that this hotel is located out in the country midway between Derby and Burton at a travel rest stop at the junction of two major roads. As a result, public bus or train transport to the Ibis Derby is challenging and a taxi to this hotel would be relatively expensive.
black out blind was poor, kept popping up.
lack of space to change in provacy infront of older children.
There was some traffic noise but only when I opened the window . I was disappointed to hear that the carpets were soon to be replaced with laminate flooring which may well put me off staying in future with my dog as the floor will be slippery.
Mattress on bed was less than 100mm thick of a latex/memory foam type which was rock hard to sleep on (not much sleep was had). The gentleman on check out desk did say they were all being replaced (annual mattress change in Ibis establishments) over the next month or so.
Needed a mirror in room to do my hair as only one was in bathroom. Bed was a little too firm for me but hubby found it suited him.
Coming home!!.
I thought breakfast was a little over price for what was on offer. Especially when the services where doing hot breakfast cheaper.
No tea/coffee making facilities. It wasn't a problem but we had already brought the biscuits with us lol.
Window in room a little small, TV didn't get many channels.
for a group of 3 women there was no privacy when i came to showering .. only down fall.
Handle hole in shower door lets water out. No other criticisms at all.
No complaints.
could hear a bit of traffic if window open. pity windows only open part-way. As we do not have a car it was a good 10 min walk to central village along a very busy road with narrow path but just about ok for us as we are walkers. Bus also stops in village - could do with more buses in this area and fares a bit pricey from Derby.
Nothing !!! Suited us perfectly for attending a family function.
only one plug socket.
It was all fine!.
Bit hard to find!.
Our noisy neighbours! Know to bring a mini kettle next time but for the price we paid it was very good value for money so no real issue!!.
Nothing , it was as expected for the price.
Room rather warm, unable to have window open at night due to traffic
noise. Tea /coffee making facility in room would have been
appreciated (or the facility to purchase the facility). Sub-title
facility on tv required.
More towels needed in rooms but apart from that nothing.
Room was very small and didnt like the small seperate toilet with no ventilation.
A tower was down so no 3G signal in the ibis . Don't think this is usual though .
Lack of indicators to provide guidance to the hotel and location issued by geographical coordinates are wrong (opposite about 400 m). Reaching the hotel after the hotel's address is an adventure (behind the gas station and fast food's).
Nothing.
Liked all.
limited range of TV stations.
We got what we had paid for!!!!.
Very few Tv channels, it will be good if the signal is improved for it to receive more freeview channels.
nothing.
Nothing.
One of the room carpet was quite grubby. The lights all turned on at the same time. No telephone in the room to talk to reception.
missed making a cuppa first thing as we woke up but as it is budget....
Oh door closures....new builds could they be soft closure as they were loud early hours as the place is so quiet.
