Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. They said this was fine which made the children happy. They loved the Pizzas!! food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was lovely, great selection, nice and hot. Would definitely stay again.
todos opiniões » We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure. The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well. I only stayed one night but from the time I arrived the staff could not do enough they are great.the room was clean and comfortable with all that I required.the food was also excellent and I enjoyed my meal very much I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. The location was easy to find. We had a specific reason to visit the area which did not require being in the City centre, therefore this was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel well presented. It was also very quiet and parking easy and convenient. I am becoming a big fan of Premier inns, they are clean, comfortable, predictable and good value. I stay in a lot of hotels with business and pay through the nose for hotels who are quite frankly not as good. Staff very friendly, room comfy and very clean. Hotel is modern or modernised, with fully air-conditioned rooms. Convenient location for access to nearby towns and road systems and, if given the correct map reference (!), is easy to find. Spot on for a busy business traveler. I had to rush my boy to A&E at 4 am during my stay. Your staff were calm and so helpful. Overflow car-park is further away than is truly convenient. In-house restaurant is seemingly a touch small for the size of the hotel and may perhaps get over-stretched at busy times. We only had breakfasts - these were good. I stayed at the Warwick Premier Inn and found that there wasn't adequate parking on my return to the hotel after an evening spent in town. I had to park on the grass verge near the hotel. Windows that don't open. I promise I won't fall out - please let me have fresh air...!. We booked through a sister site and on checking in our room stated for one occupant, not the 4 we had booked for. I had paper confirmation so this wasn't a problem, however I asked the check in staff to ensure that this information was transferred to the breakfast staff and it wasn't so we had the same problems at breakfast. We were there for 3 days, and found there could possibly be a bit more choice on the menu, Also the food we feel would be better served on hot plates. The window in our Room, No. 7 was non-opening so it was quite hot and very dry. When returning in the late evening I had to park my car up the road in an overflow car park. The hotel car park was big but not enough for the number of rooms. Food was a bit 'pub food' hearty but lacking taste; pillows; not enough towels. Nothing to dislike. There was nothing I didn't like. Only a minor point - there were only 2 coffee servings in the bedroom although we were always provided with extra at reception when we asked. However we did have to ask each of the 3 days we were there!. The free wifi facility could be extended to 1 hr (instead of 30 mins). No street maps of Warwick or near-by areas like Stratford upon Avon could be available at the reception (though there was a good collection of leaflets of different places of interest for tourists). The standby carpark is a bit far away (but it's good to have it). Car park was full on the last 2 nights of our stay and we had to leave car in overflow car park which was abit of a nuisance. The fact that there is no natural air in the hotel. There are no opening windows in the rooms and the whole hotel felt much too hot especially the restaurant at breakfast time. Nothing to dis-like. There was no hand towel on the day I arrived. I did get one the next day when I asked. This is a minor point of my stay. I did enjoy the inn. Breakfast isnt included in the package Wifi is free for 30 mins only!. No biscuits with morning cup of tea. Not really enough parking. Being a little bit fussy, I spotted quite a bit of dust in the dining area, particularly on and around the ornaments - especially as they were lit from above. N/A It rained most of the weekend!. Nothing. Nothing. We were on the ground floor but the floor of our room was exceptionally creaky (wooden under the carpet?) something which I have experienced with first floor rooms. No DVD player. slightly out of town. Hard to find. Nothing around it to walk to eg. restaurants, sights, pubs, etc Difficult to park, not enough spaces. Room comfort, needs chairs so guests can sit down in comfort Menu needs more variety of potato not chips with everything. Post code is wrong. A little bit out of town. Too far away from town. Would liked to walk to town and have a few drinks and see sights.
