Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Being a vegetarian, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating.

The hotel was impossible not to find, the staff were very helpful and there was nothing to criticise in any of the facilities. - The hotel was excellent, one of the best i have ever stayed in this country.

Our first stay at a Village Hotel, very impressed by the friendly staff. Especially the reception staff who were very helpful, and provided us with detailed directions to our chosen destination. Excellent Location for us. Comfortable beds. The blackout blinds are excellent it felt like midnight even at 10 in the morning - good value for money, staff are all approachable and helpfull, room is nice, food is lavishing

The staff were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. We had an evening meal - an excellent choice of foods. I asked to staff if I had to pay the parking: answer: no, it´s free for customers.
I liked the cleanliness, bath (preferably than shower)big bed and very good pillows, TV, double glazed window, you have a kettle, coffee, sugar, milk and two mugs.
I didn´t listen noise (and our bedroom had street view)

Large Room and double bed very comfortable, can't wait for the refit to bring rooms upto date to be completed. Is great value for money, plan on stay here everytime I have to come up to the Midlands.
