Just 300 metres from the award-winning sandy beach of Trearddur Bay, The Beach Motel features local, handmade oak furniture in each room and a spa bath in each private bathroom. Holyhead’s town centre and port are just a 5-minute drive away, as well as the scenic Anglesey Coastal Path.
Ferry services travel from Holyhead Port to Dublin and Dún Laoghaire in Ireland. South Stack’s lighthouse is 10 minutes’ drive away, and the surrounding South Stack Cliffs are home to a range of seabirds, including puffins. Anglesey’s motor racing circuit is 30 minutes’ drive from the motel.
With a flat-screen TV and free wired internet access, all simply decorated rooms at The Beach Motel also have tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
Full English breakfasts can be pre-ordered at the motel and are served in the adjoining London Road Inn.

This is an hidden gem. The staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to please us. Nothing was to much trouble. We will only stay there from now on at Trearddur bay. We have done all the other hotels and some B&Bs Which look nice from the outside. But they are lacking in the personal touch. They dont compare to the atmosphere inside of this motel. It doesn't look much from the outside because of the building next door. which I believe is to be developed in the near future. Tha. todos opiniões »
Beautiful rooms all with spa bath and power shower. Lovely beds and very good and clean service to the rooms daily.
Great bar and restaurant if you don't want to stray too far.
The menu was lovely with some great choices for everyone. Better than expected on price too for such a lovely place. W had breakfast on the last day and the choice is vast and again price was excellent. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you for making our short break such a lovely one.
Was made to feel welcome right away .The food was lovely ,felt at home right away .Nothing was to much trouble ,look forward to stayng there again .The Beautiful sandy beach 5 mins walk if that out of this world .Local people a joy to chat to .Like to thank everyone for making our stay an enjoyabe one ,the cafe /genral store down the road is also a must fantastc baps made to order.
Chris the manager is a great guy. He went out of his way to make our
stay comfortable. The rooms are great. We had one with a whirlpool tub.
We ate in the restaurant and it was tremendous. The food was good and
authentic welsh. Highly recommend this hotel.
Bedroom was as described, nice a clean with nice bedding. Room was
plenty big enough for two large occupants. Bathroom was fabulous with
jacuzzi bath. Location good for a beach holiday. Food excellent although
extending the dining room. Good breakfasts.
We found the room to be very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a functioning spa bath. The attached restaurant was very good with friendly staff and locals. The menu selection was great and the meals fantastic.
We were there for just one night. We got in very late. We left early the
next morning. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. I
would recommend this place to others. We were on our way to London via
Holyhead ferry.
The rooms were very spacious, nicely appointed and extremely clean. The bed was large and very comfortable and it was easy to keep the room at the temperature wanted. The bar was friendly and the breakfast very good and plentiful!.

The restaurant has very good quality food, would recommend staying at the motel and then going to dinner at the Drifters Inn and then an evening walk to the beach, Beautiful !.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was good and the menu had a reasonable choice of options to tempt you.
We took our grandson and a bed was in his room. It was all clean and comfortable and good value. It was close to the beach and easy to get to.

Nice pub and restaurant attached to the motel. Bus and taxi to/from the ferry port and railway station is cheap and close by.

No air con, the rooms were very hot.
only one thing and was not motels fault 3 days was unable to get internet ,the staff did everything to help and got me back online after 3 days .Plus the signal very poor if you use vodafone ,i could only use outside my rom ,saying that my friend uses orange and she had no trouble ,ts just vodafone ..
Appearance on arrival due to deralict buildings adjoining but the actual
hotel was good.
The motel was next to a derelict building so looked awful on arrival. We were told this is in the process of being transformed.
Steel staircase leading to bedrooms.Rather noisy and ramshackle - you can hear every step. Bedrooms visible through windows from outside - need to keep curtains closed or blinds down for privacy. Bedrooms separated by communicating doors - able to hear fellow guests, but not problem unless fellow guests noisy or loud.
The building next door was derelict and a bit of an eyesore. However I was told that it is to be converted in to holiday apartments in the near future which will solve the problem.
The only blemish is the run-down Snooker Hall right next door to the Motel which would put some people off.

The approach was off putting a building in a bad state of repair which I thought was the Beach Motel. The entertainment was ok but could have been a lot better.
The receptionist wasn't readily available, we had to go and locate her when we were checking out.
Shame about the approach - first impression - but look beyond and brilliant accommodation and service. Easy.
had to use same towels that I had used after showered with the day before.

Tv remote need new batteries and the burger was deep fried not grilled.
The approach to the motel could put you off, even make you turn around
and look for alternate accommodation.
snooker hall is an eyesore but you dont see it from your room so not really an issue.
Looks a bit shabby on the outside, but it is being refurbished, Car park could do with some tarmac.

Run down building behind hotel give a poor initial impression.If I were the owner I would attempt to disguise the buildings blemishes.
Cellar air con unit makes running noises all night and can disturb sleep .Rooms need rear window that can be opened as an alternative to the front one.
First impressions with derelict building next to it, my wife nearly did not go into the building without pressure from me!.
No phone in the room.
TV too small!.
External surroundings are depressing.
People did not use designated smoking area.
