  We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! Our bathroom was extremely clean and we were provided with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion e... o que as pessoas dizem » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  The hotel is set in a very good location near the sea. It has character of the old seaside town hotel, complete with tartan style carpet! Some lovely garden with tropical plants including a eucalyptus tree. I found the manager on call, Alex, very helpful when I needed change of mattress. Well done Alex. - stayed for 2 nights with a party of 7. and when we arrived we we`re greeted by a very nice chap at the reception and given the keys to the rooms to relax.and basically from that moment on the 2 nights was excellent and all the staff smiled and nothing was too much trouble.the 5 course meal was fab,the beds comfortable & breakfast ample.all in all a lovely weekend had by all

  This hotel was amazing, they did all they could to make our stay brilliant and all for a really good price... i will definatley be going back there - Very friendly staff....amazing room (both very clean and very large!) Brilliant facilities. Very pretty location and easy to find.

Both me and my girlfriend couldn't find a single thing to gripe about, the entire place is beautifully furnished and clean, the room and the hotel generally has a very welcoming feel and the staff are very friendly and proffessional.
