The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very well situated to the town and Station (5 min walk). It had it's own car park. The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.
