Excellent room and bathroom, nice fitted out, good nights sleep. Food was verry good and well presented. Plenty of seats in the lounge area and they are very comfortable . - A beautiful setting in a charming building, enjoyed the log fires and home made scones, food excellent and great value for money.

Really friendly, helpful owners, a lovely big homely "living room" area, beautiful garden, and fantastic breakfast. Lots of thought has been put into everything, so the room really looked special, and even little things like the tea / coffee making supplies were much better than you'd expect (great selection, tea cakes, Dualit kettle). The owners were very friendly and helpful giving advice on places to
visit an eat, and providing maps for walks etc. Breakfast was excellent,
they even offered homemade jams and fruit compote. Delicous cooked
breakfast with eggs from their own chickens and local meat. They really
made an effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
