I loved everything about the guest house.
The place smells lovely, beautifully designed, the room was tidy and clean, the towels smell nice and clean. The breakfast was beautiful, the proprietor was very helpful and friendly.
Good location, easy access to shops, beach, train and bus station.
Overall i give the hotel 10/10. Perfect pace. -

We were at this location for a swimming gala. There were other competitors staying there also as a result of this and nowing that we would all be at the pool very early they asked the cook to come in earlier so It was possible for us to have a cooked breakfast. -

We booked at the last moment to attend a funeral and because it was so late, I was unable to book 3 on-suite rooms, one had an external toilet on another floor. Staff were very friendly, couldnt ask for any better, always very polite and well mannered. Was not noisy at all. Heating was always on so was nice and warm. Had Tv with built in DVD player. Room was cleaned daily and presentation was very good of towels and complimentary washing aids. All in all was one of the best B & B's we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying at the Seabreeze on our next trip to South Shields :)

The room was immaculate and the bed large and comfortable. Nice clean bathroom with hot shower and plenty of space. Lots of parking, helpful pleasant day staff and we were able to leave our car 2 days whilst on a ferry trip. Tea and coffee making provided, (but no toiletries). -

we had the executive suit on first floor it was a twin room with a massive bathroom with double shower and bath it was beautifully done out ,very clean and comfy beds . no noise or disurbance . plenty of resturants just near by . 5 nins walk to beach . breakfast was spot on . so was the staff Janet & Peter very nice would go again xxxx -
