Very friendly familly atmosphere. Helpful staff, good parking, good access to main routes. Room was large, light clean and airy. Good ensuite facillities. friendly staff. the staff were excellent and the indian restaurant provided an excellant evening meal. they also gave us an upgrade without charge into a huge room. convenient position. The breakfast were plentifull with cerials, toast, juice, and fruit along with bacon and eggs you could choose to also have baked beans which was on the table to have at your will. Willy was very helpfull and we did not have to remind him wheather we had tea or coffee he has a good memory as he even remembered when we went back 8 days later.I. todos opiniões »
Close to heathrow and Windsor, Staff were very helpfull, ( Don't pay more then 20 Pounds by taxi from Heathrow). Good location at a reasonable price with free parking as well!. freindly courteous service and comfortable room. The staff were all friendly and very helpfull. Easy going ambience. Nice breakfast, evryone was pleasant and wanted to make us happy. The Indian food was very good. Internet access.friendly staff. staff were very good but very poor English, made things harder, but comical bed comfortable, and breakfast good, and plenty, choice of English or Indian, served between 7am and 10am.Very polite staff, we were well looked after, Discounts on meals. Well located for trips into London. Ideal for our trip. value for money. ease of parking/bar facilities. Staff were friendly. Good price for Slough area, hotel was in good position for where I was working. The room was very large in fact it was a suite as it had a longe and bedroom with ensuite so good value. There was nothing in particular. Personnel serviable/ helpful staff. the room was comfortable. price. Location of hotel / price. Nothing. Not one thing, I had booked for a twin room when I arrived I found myself in the attic in a room you could barely move in or stand up straight in. If it had not been so late I would have not have stayed. The sun shone outside. Location. There was nothing I would recommend about this awful place!. Left with bites! Shouldn't be advertised!. checking out!. Nothing at all. I travel a lot and consider this hotel good value. not cleaning room if key not left. yes, i booked for to have a four poster bed but was allocated a double bed on an upper floor, which was dificult to get to with all the luggage bags and me having osteo arthritis. the breakfast was poor. cheap sausage and stone cold egg. noisy in evening below my room music. the rooms were in need of renovation but this looks like it may be being attended to.We were on the third floor and there was no lift, we had two heavy suitcases. the chap that checked us in was only to happy to carry mine up for me. I will check in future that there is a lift if we are not on ground floor. breakfast was fine, we were more then happy considering the price. They only offered Indian food in the restaurant for the evening. The folks seem to be working to maintain the hotel, but it is in need of maintenance. Our bathroom door fell off the hinges... Basic decor was poor.the cigarette butts at the front door. Breakfast service very poor, broken kettle in room which was not sorted out when reported. rooms were grubby, light bulbs not working, remote control faulty, kettle faulty, all were changed quickly, We thought people were new to the hotel trade, but all the staff were polite and polite. would stay again if improved. noise. They seemed to be doing repair work to the room next to mine between 2.30 and 5.00am .Didn't sleep much.English breakfast very small. The room could have been better and cleaner. The suite I was in was a bit brab and could have done with a like of paint. The staff were not properly trained to deal face to face with customers, but I am sure this will improve. the hotel bedrooms needed to be more modernised and a coat of paint. my towels smelled of curry!!!. The bathroom was rather dirty and the actual service in the resturant and at breakfast was very poor.rooms not clean. Loud music from kitchens/dinning room woke us up at 7am. Hotel is also an Indian restaurant and there was a low level smell of curry around the hotel. Breakfast tables were not laid and some had dirty crockery.Surly owner/manager in reception at check-in, 'attic bedroom' - mouldy bathroom. This hotel was Dirty, Noisey,Smelly, we booked for two nights for a rare long weekend break from work, we arrived Saturday evening, and left at 4am Sunday morning, after not much sleep, complained about the room paid our bill and came home,. It was the worst hotel I ve ever been to the rooms smelt the beds were dirty. They could nt find my booking on arrival. Cramped, grubby and smelly. No towels given,or kettle, very dirty room, car got hit in carpark, not full english breakfast as advertised, staff asleep on mattress in hallway had to walk around him to get to room.very shabby. The hotel was extremely dirty and in a pretty run down state. The room smelt and had mold on the walls. The shower was just a shower head attached to the bath which you could not stand up in as the ceiling was too low in the bathroom making it impossible to have a decent shower. The plug sockets were cracked and dangerous. Also, the cooked breakfast was appaling(a piece of bacon, egg and a sausage). The noise throughout the night was unbeleivable with people shouting anddoing diy, banging doors, most noise came from staff who seemedoblivious to the fact they had guests staying there - I also had waterrunning down the walls over a light switch and they just shrugged itoff, they clearly "churn" people through and don't care about anything. They said I wasn't booked in. The room was damp and dirty. very tired in need of re-decoration and bathroom in need of upgrade. so dirtiness and strong smell.
