  Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

  The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. The food was also lovely - we had breakfast included in the room and we felt that there was a great choice of the menu. - We firstly ... o que as pessoas dizem » liked the surroundings of the hotel, secondly the cleanliness was of a very high standard, the rooms were well equiped and very inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very courteous indeed. We would definitely stay at the hotel again

  The rooms and its facilities. Well sized, with plenty of space to move around, the air conditioning worked properly, the bed was in very good order and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower was also adequate and offered all the necessary facilities. The taste's of the breakfast food has to be improved. Although there is limited Parking (60 spaces) do not let this put you off. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

  There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa was great. - lovely staff, great facilities, close to city centre and arena. Great view from our window

Very clean rooms with TV and tea/coffee making facilities Central location close to shops and public transport.   We were really impressed with the staff. Your receptionist on the day @ 12 noon was very helpful & friendly. We were given room 401 & as we entered the maintenance guy came & apologised that he had just been informed there was a problem with the window & promptly got our room changed to 403 even going the extra mile & getting t... o que as pessoas dizem » he new room key for us excellent customer service. - great value for money if bought well in advance reasonable position to entertainment centre, its basic + hotel very clean , staff friendly, my room was over a major road , but never heard traffic , breakfast @ 4.95 was continental style but eat as much as you like , and special snack deal was good valye sandwich snack dink & fruit @3.95. would have no hesitation staying there again
