The guest house was perfect for me mum and sister, had a girls night away. 5 min walk to the open air theatre which was great,as we had a concert in the evening with the north Beach just round the corner , place was clean but basic which is all we needed, and Marrianne the owner was friendly and welcoming could not do more for you , recommend this venue if u want a clean and friendly atmosphere , perfect to rest your head after a long day out thanks Marrianne. todos opiniões »
We liked everything. The friendliness of the welcome (makes a big difference), the room (spotlessly clean), the location (lovely stroll to the beach or town) - all perfect. We've stayed in a few places in Scarborough and this was easily the best. Next time we'd like to stay for a week.
Very clean rooms, it is clear that the lady who runs it works very hard to keep the place nice and tidy.

Self-catering facilities looked good, however we did not use them as only stayed 1 night so just ate out.
Everything. Close to all amenities and the owner friendly and helpful. Gave great advice on things to do and places to visit and where to eat. Clean and tidy. Spooky lamp that had it's own mind. (Was changed as soon as I told her).
The owner is a very cute and helpful lady. There is no breakfast in the hotel but there is a fully equipped kitchen to do whatever you like. So it is very good for a budget-firendly holiday.
The guest house was clean and tidy, the owner greeted us on arrival and was pleasent and friendly. The room was sufficient, with tea and coffee facilities, the bed was very very very comfy.

Nothing to complain about. It was really good.
It was further away from the sea front than i had realised, so was quite a walk away but meant that it was really quiet instead.
The price was a little expensive but the owner did say that she often
provides deals so I will defiently be checking these out! :).
