  friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

  Staff go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. House keeping work hard, our room was spotless & always asked if we needed anything. We would like to thank Sara, Tracy, Julie & Dave for their hospitality.   Muriel was extremely helpful as my daughter was staying at the local hospital. She made every effort for my stay to be as easy as possible, even leaving the keys at the hospital for me to collect from there. She has a lot of guests who stay to be close by the Abbey Pines so can give lots of advice for visitors! - The landlady was extremely pleasa... o que as pessoas dizem » nt and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and my bedroom, at the back of the house, was extremely quiet - I wouldn't have known the proximity of the road at all. The location meant an easy walk to the hospital for visiting. Highly recommended.

  I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

  Zona bastante calma e agradável. - quiet, very nice and helpful receptionists, comfortable beds, bus/Metro easy to reach, freshly renovated clean room. would stay there again for sure. transfer to airport ~15minutes by taxi - The room was comfortable,the shower was excellent, lovely hot water, good pressure. Enjoyed the art on the corridor walls.

  Well-equipped room, clean and comfortable with full en-suite facilities. Traditional evening meal but very well prepared. Enormous breakfast, cooked to order, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, coffee and tea. Really friendly staff.
