  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   The character of the hotel had been carefully preserved in the recent refurbishment and the quality of the furnishings etc was superb. When we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, one of the managers Sam McCoy was very apologetic and ensured we were moved to a higher grade room as there were none available of the same grade.
