  All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. The hotel looked like it had been ... o que as pessoas dizem » improved and was very nicely done. Breakfast was very good. - Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

  The friendly atmosphere and helpfulness from the staff and the location as it was close to Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, also the amenities provied in the hotel ie swimming pool etc. - this hotel was terrific very helpful reception staff great staff in leisure and fitness centre brilliant hotel very relaxing ******highly recommended*****
