  All the staff, especially reception were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was ideally suited for my needs. - It was centrally located in the centre of Edinburgh. The prices were reasonable and the service was very good.

  localização - the room was superb, staff were more than helpful,especially the porter who looked after our luggage, plus whilst being unwell on my first night, I rang reception for some blankets and they brought them straight up to my room. Thankyou very much x - We inquired about various resturants in the area which was described to us by the port... o que as pessoas dizem » er in great detail which was followed up by the staff managing to get us a table booked in two of these resturants, which saved us the hassle. Excellent!!
