Quarto espaçoso - The facilities were excellent, the pool, and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and our baby son loved it! The room was lovely and the extra area with the sofa and tv etc was brilliant with a baby it meant we didn't disturb his sleep. We got Dinner Bed and Breakfast for £95 for 1 night. Having a living area as well as a bedroom made a huge difference. Living area had office space, small dining table with two chairs, two-seater settee and chair and a large television. Also a small television in the bedroom. Impressive swimming pool/leisure complex. Excellent! Highly recommended.

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.
