This is an outstanding B&B in a lovely rural setting. It's very close to major roads such as the M8- central Glasgow is only about 15-20 minutes away and Edinburgh is within easy reach.

Everything! Ann and Jim are fantastic hosts. They are friendly and accommodating in a laid back country way.
The finish and style in this purpose-built B&B is first class, and the spacious rooms very well appointed. Immaculately clean and with attention to detail - the rooms are a pleasure to stay in. Add genuinely friendly people and Ann's fantastic cooking and you cannot but have a wonderful stay.

In one sentence, you really could not ask for more from a B&B.
I travel a lot and have stayed at at least 30 different B&Bs in Britain. By leaps and bounds, this one was by far the best (well there was one other near Leeds, I might put in the same league, and wouldn't want to offend).

As 2 mature gay married women, Tina & Graham were 2 of the {but professional} most friendly & sincere people one could possibly meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The facilities were superb. A beautiful garden one could sit in, with again, many various areas to do so. If you wanted privacy it was provided.We travelled by bus from Glasgow, direct and took 17 minutes and dropped us right outside of Azalea house. So real happy with that. If you do

Bamflatt Farm is, as you'd expect, set in the middle of farmland. We were after a quiet place to stay and we got it. Only half an hour from Glasgow Centre and a few minutes from Stonehouse or Strathaven but felt nice and remote. We checked in to New Lanark Hotel for one night and were upgraded to one of the Waterside, two-bedroom, self-catering cottages. It was a fabulous location, right on the water. The sound of the river was constant, but a lovely and soothing sound. If you don't want to hear the water, this is not the place to be! The marvellous Meg on reception. Could not do enough for you and she cared that you enjoyed your stay. Otherwise the hotel was much like any other Premier Inn although undergoing extension new-build which did not detract. It is set in a small but very busy area easily reached from the M74 -

Reception staff very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Early check-in arranged over the phone the day before with no problems. Warned on arrival of potential boisterous football supporters staying, but heard nothing during the night. Would stay again. -

After i had booked our room,i received a phone call from Gary the receptionist,who enquierd if we were part of the Wedding party that they were haveing,when we said we were not,we were givein an upgrade & room on the front of the hotel,so as not to be inconvenienced by the party,which my wife & i thot was a fine example of a hotel looking after all of their guests,& a welcome drink was a nice touch,breakfast was exllent & the evening meal was quite superb.

Comfortable room, with plenty of room to move around. Well furnished andnice decor. Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the littleblue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a lighton when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in thenight. Excellent breakfast, very good place for an overnight stay. -

Liked the friendly staff - receptionist told me a about the history of the hotel, bar/restaurant host went out of his way to be helpful. Overall I'm very pleased and glad we stayed there. I'd come and stay again.

The extremely helpful and pleasant mannered reception staff. The room was very well designed, great size and comfort, plus very peaceful. The distance from Glasgow may put some off, (well worth the distance), and easy access to M74 Motorway, so only 20 minutes away from Glasgow. Much more scenic and tranquil than staying in city centre.

Everything, I could not believe that I could get such a great room for such a decent price. I stayed in the Harris suite and it was awsome, the only word to describe it.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean, bed comfy, breakfast good.
All together one of the best hotels within the area regardless of price range.

Good value for being in a city.
The premier inns are a budget chain, and that is what this place was. It was very clean, very simple. A bit spartan in its furnishings, but had the things that are needed. Delightful young lady on the front desk that handled questions about eating and internet. Biggest selling point for this hotel is the Beefeaters

The staff are superb they cant do enough to help. The housekeeping staff are excellent rooms are spotless and are only to happy to help reception staff are also very helpfull especially Janice whos warm smile and ever helpfullness made the entire stay a pleasure
