I liked the very friendly staff, nothing seem to bother them. Tommy the manager is a credit to all managers. The staff were nice people. I liked their honesty. The room was great for the price, as was the shower (very powerful and hot). Service was fine in general. the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food
was reasonably priced and was very good. All of the staff were extremely

This hotel looks down over the town of Portree on the Isle of Skye and is only two blocks from city centre shopping and restaurants. The guest house is beautifully renovated. The bed was so comfy. We found the Marmalade hotel perfect for our short trip to Portree. We are a family with children aged 9 and 10 and the family room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and the breakfasts lovely. The hotel is a small walk out of the town of Portree and has lovely views. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back!

The hotel has a very nice location. Clean room. Nicely designed room with steps and separated sections between living and bedroom. Co-op is within walking distance. Breakfast has several choices and we love the poach smoked Haddock with poached egg. The room is spacious. Wifi is quite fast.

Very welcoming hosts; brand new excellent quality cottage; well equipped and furnished; beautiful location; quiet; relaxing; the hosts even came to fetch us to see the Northern Lights - brilliant.
