The room was very nice and clean, the staff were very welcoming and friendly but my favourite aspect of the whole stay was the BREAKFAST!!! It was fantastic!! My Girlfriend and I were a bit worse for wear from a wedding reception, that we attented the previous evening but after eating the delicious breakfast we felt rejuvenated. I can't find words

The Friendliness of the owners, my only regret was, that I could not stay a while longer. Beautiful house. The facilities were excellent, Breakfast was lovely and one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever sleep in. I will be staying there again on my next trip to Hereford.

What can I say about Norton House
We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end we stayed 1 night (would liked to have stayed more)the welcome was tea and cake it was excellent, the room to, it had everything you could think off even down to plasters.Now for the breakfast it was great everything was there fruit,cereal and a choice of cooked breakfast (we have stayed in many hotels which don't have this choice). So all I can say is go and try it. The price is excellent value.

Owners were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We'd cycled there as part of our LEJOG trip and upon arrival were made to feel immediately welcome with a cup of tea and some biscuits. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was clean, spacious and very well kept.

WOW, it was divine Willem and Pippa looked after us with charm and courtesy. The setting is quiet and peaceful and the restored ancient buildings are indescribably beautiful. The large guest lounge with a fire would be wonderful for a group booking and the dinners we had were first class. We will recommend it to all our friends

10 mins away and the mountain biking there was some of the best in the
uk in my opinion. Highly recommended.

The owners were really welcoming and helpful. Helped with the bags and hung up my still damp jacket that I had to wear to the wedding I was going to!!!! Breakfast was lovely and again nothing too much trouble. Really lovely feeling to the place, bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds really comfortable. Really nice place and good value.

Friendly staff, quiet location, good food (including real chips!), good beer, room 4 was a good size with a beautiful view - wish the weather had been good enough to sit out on the balcony. Quality bed linen, towels and bath robes also quality toiletries. Very clean and lovely bathroom. Real glasses in room and bathroom - not plastic as we got in a more expensive hotel!

Staff were unbelievably friendly and accomodating. Went way beyond job descriptions to help us, including opening breakfast early so that we could leave on time. They also printed out maps, descriptions, etc. - Spacious bedroom, well equipped with a terrific river view. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and an interesting menu.
