  Do tamanho do quarto, de até duas crianças não pagarem e terem direito a cama individual, da proximidade do metro e do chá, leite e café que colocavam à disposição no quarto juntamente com a cefeteira eléctrica - We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andatt... o que as pessoas dizem » entive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all. Thefood and service, both for the evening meal and breakfast the followingmorning, were of the highest order! - we liked the fact children stayed for free, the beds we very very comfy, the staff were very pleasent. the room was very clean. would always stay at these hotels now.

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. Wonderful setting, out of the hustle and bustle and having drinks on the t... o que as pessoas dizem » errace was lovely. We didnt want to come home! - The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.

  I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... o que as pessoas dizem » k at it.   The staff were very friendly - The hotel was so close to the underground. The staff were so friendly and the service i like was great. we got clean towels everyday and and the room was comfortably. great for a short stay in the centre of london at such a good price which even included breakfast of coissant and toast juice and coffee.

  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull... o que as pessoas dizem » . they gave an excellent service. The hotel is so near the tube station, it was excellent. The food was also excellent in this hotel. we felt very safe staying here. We will def be back.

  couldnt fault anything, staff excellant, friendly atmosphere, would definatley stay again and again. - It was clean and very comfy and very handy to the Olympia Exhibition Centre where I was working.
