  Had a great 5 night stay. Great location in the countryside on an easy to use bus route. No need to rent a car. Short walk to the coast through beautiful lanes. Good food, great service, fun folk music in pub. Would stay here again if we come back to Guernsey. - Nice location, not too far from the sea.   Lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had not checked that the bed in our room would have no foot-board (I am 6'3") but she changed it to one without quickly and without fuss. Whenever we passed reception we got a big smile. such things make a big difference. The bar staff (Flavio) was also very friendly an helpful, offereing t... o que as pessoas dizem » o bring a meal to our room - for which there was no extra charge. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at Saints Bay hotel again. - Fantastic staff, the chef whose food is amazing very kindly took myself and another hotel guest to the Airport and back early in the morning. The room I had was well equipped and a good size. A very friendly place to stay.

  Everything. From the first point of contact with this Hotel, this has been a First Class experience at Le Chene The Hotel is well managed..! Staff are warm, friendly as well as very Professional in all their Duties Food served to a very High Standard catering for special diets i.e. Vegetarian, which was imperative in our case, the Chef is a "Profe... o que as pessoas dizem » ssional" we enjoyed both our Breakfast and Dinner everyday of our trip. Waiting Staff are in one word "Exceptional." Can't wait to return back in to G - Staff were helpful & friendly, the common rooms & bedroom were decent and well maintained. The hotel was correct value for money and I would stay there again. I usually stay in the centre of St Peter Port but in future I will enjoy a quieter location using taxi and/or my legs!
