The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Clean, spacious apartement, with plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The apartement was very bright, as there were 'roof to floor' windows, with sliding doors in both bedrooms and livingroom. Free wifi was perfect. The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay. In the center of many things close to the theater , museums , Buckingham palace, Albert and Victoria Museum, Natural Science, Winston Churchill's War Rooms, Big Ben ,Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc. walked everywhere no cab required. -

The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.

We booked studio and the upgraded to two bed room apartment (free of charge) also, they agreed to give a late checkout until 2:00 PM.

The location of the apartments were close to shops, bars and transport, which was very handy. The view from the balcony was amazing and felt like our own purchased apartment. The price was amazing compared to other places within London, would definately stay again

The apartment was excellently located. Very close to the North Clapham tube stop with many shops and restaurants surrounding it.
