Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!
