  On arrival they said they had reduced the rate by £5.00 per night as the shower was not working properly, usually you have to complain first. Staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy.   Really friendly staff, very welcoming. Complements to the chef, great evening meals. Ideal location to get to London, 20 mins on train. - clean, very friendly staff, indor architecture made me feel in a medieval atmosphere. Excelent food and service. I will definitively go back
