There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.
