The hotel is beautifully decorated, with excellent facilities. Our room was very comfortable, looked lovely and had doors opening onto a decking/garden area (just a shame it was raining the whole time!) Everything there was nothing that either me or my partner could fault. Oh expect the size of the towels but that is more of a prefrence. However apart from that, The owners were very lovely, and wonderful, making you feel at home. Breakfast was the best breakfast i have had any where. we are defenitly going to be staying again :) -

... o que as pessoas dizem » stay, just outside Newquay so it's a little more peaceful with Lusty Glaze Beach a 5mins walk away. The property is kept really clean and the owners John and Kay are really friendly and helpful. We have now been twice and plan to return again in the near future.
Oh and the Breakfast is spot
on.

The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. -

The hotel has a fine location on a height on the outskirts of St. Ives, reached by a very narrow driveway. Our room had a spectacular view over the coast and town. Everything. It has a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would describe our stay there as a five star experience from a three star hotel. Whilst it may not be the cheapest place to stay, you gets what you pay for and with this hotel you get a lot. St Ives is a magical place to stay and this hotel just is the icing on the cake.

We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland

The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented.
Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff.
We will be staying again with you in the future!

We only stayed 1 night, We had a superior room and were very pleased as it was very clean and spacious. The separate spacious bathroom with a roll top bath and views down across the sea made this a very enjoyabale stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too. - Comfortable,relaxed atmosphere, staff helpful and very pleasantenvironment.
