  Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

  The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. It is true that the City was dead in the weekends... o que as pessoas dizem » but we didn't mind. - Club Quarters chain is extremely consistant in quality. Values forweekend deals are terrific. The Superior rooms are superior in size andcomfort. In-room coffee/tea is wonderful-free coffee in lobby evenbetter. Decent, but not great, location for tourists - terrific forbusiness people - easy walk from Monument and Bank metro stops.

  My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

  We were travelling with 2 kids over a weekend. The location is very near to Fleet Street-Blackfrairs station, it was quiet and a secure surroundings. The room was of excellant size and more of a small apartment with 2 bedrooms. Decor was modern and stylish ,the bathrooms were supplied with bathgel, soap and towels. The facilites excellent. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. I would book the apartment again if the opportunity came up.
