  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

Also the spa facilities are the best I have seen (pool jacuzzi steam room etc) Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and at home is how you feel.   Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  We were travelling to the grand prix at Silverstone so the location was fabulous. Also there was good choice for breakfast which set us up for the day. Staff were so helpful in giving directions. - Staff were very understanding over the lack of reservation, we could notcontact anyone at LetsBookHotel.com to resolve issue but they still did well.
