We received a very friendly welcome. Our hosts Alastair and Susie were very obliging and accommodating to us, which was much appreciated - we arrived in Perth sooner that the check in time stated.
Depending on your inclination, you can either tuck yourself away in your room for peace or privacy, or make use of the guest lounge downstairs. All comfortable and offers TV and WiFi, as well as tea and coffee facilities.

How good is this place. Greeted by Susie and Allister. A couple who could not do enough for us and made us feel like we were at home. A great, tastefully decorated room, comfortable bed and with wifi to room. More than enough food for breakfast with cereals and a cooked breakfast. The communal loungeroom a real winner with fridge, comfortable lounges, big tv, microwave and tea and coffee at hand adding to the home like experience. Close to the heart of town and easy to find. Highly recomm.
The breakfast. There was plenty of it for my forward journey. alaister was very friendly and helpful of places to eat and tour. Everything was great,and the lady who served breakfast was very nice also. The room was clean tidy and very cosy and quiet. Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend this place with no hesitaition.
This place was great! The couple who owned it was extremely kind and helpful. We were greeted at the door by name and they helped us bring in our bags and get settled in. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Nice location, too. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.
We can't say enough nice things about Scotia. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was first-rate and the hosts, Alastair and Susi couldn't have been nicer. Alastair even gave us a ride to the Scone Palace. We will definitely plan to stay at Scotia if we ever return to Perth!.
The couple who run the Scotia are very friendly and went out of their way to help me, offering to pick me up from the station and letting me check-in in very early so I could get to work. The room was comfortable,quiet and warm and the breakfast was lovely.
Very friendly welcome, excellent breakfast (best breakfast sausages I have come across in the UK!). Scotia has a guest lounge equipped with fridge, microwave, glasses, cutlery, so no problem chilling your drinks. Free WLAN working well in room.
I liked the competent friendly personal service at Scotia that I don’t get in large hotels.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the size of the bedroom, the use of the sitting room and the separate breakfast room made us feel as if we had more space than usual.
