A friendly welcome by Gary on Arrival, It was pouring with rain, I was dripping wet and gary moved the patio furniture so I had hard standing for my motorcycle and helped me with my luggage.A beautiful b&b, very clean with a great breakfast,Just off the main street of Oban, I would definitly stay again if I was in the region. Beautiful, spacious, clean room with harbour view and all the amenities (hair dryer, sparkling water, bathrobes, cookies, comfy bed ...) Host (Gary) was very friendly and helpful. We had to catch an early ferry, so he packed up huge bagged breakfasts-to-go and had them ready for us as we departed. Excellent place.

Gary gave us such a lovely welcoming and friendly arrival. Tastefully decorated accommodation that was very well maintained and presented. Breakfast was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heatherfield House and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We stayed in the room on the ground floor (I think it is called Superior). It was newly designed, large and cozy. The owner was very welcoming. One of the finest nights of our trip through Scotland!. I had the single room and was beautifully presented, chocolate on my towel, biscuits with tea and coffee tray, bathrobes. It was bright and clean, a pleasure to stay. The breakfast was lovely also. It was clean, fresh, tastefully decorated, excellent value for money, efficiently managed. The staff were welcoming and the hearty breakfast was beautifully presented with a wealth of choice. Wonderful, ample rooms. Exquisite design. They, a couple, are very attentive and nice. The hotel is well located so you can reach to everything in Oban without needing to take the car. A very classy B&B, tastefully decorated, minimalist but comfortable. Excellent breakfasts and plenty of parking. just a short walk into the main street and restaurants. Looking out for us when we arrived very late from the Colonsay ferry. Nice house, well furnished and equipped, bottled water by bed, comfortable bed, good walk in shower. Very friendly staff. Would have been better from 8am to 10am. Was hoping for more of a sea view. Walking up the hill after a couple of beers.... Nothing. nothing. nothing. Nothing. N/A. there wasn't much of a guest sitting room - but that didn't affect us as we didn't need to use it - we were out for a meal and got back in time to just go to bed.
