  Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place! Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.... o que as pessoas dizem » Delightful room, bathroom hidden behind wardrobe doors. Spacious, new and clean. Bedding really cosy. Very quiet. Breakfast is a buffet, lots if cho - I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath! Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

  Everything. This is a really lovely B&B, close to the motorway but right in the countryside. The room (Rose Room) was huge, very comfy and homely, lovely refreshments including port and nuts, thick fluffy towels, spotless and comfortable bedding, two comfortable armchairs for reading. We didn't make use of the residents' lounge but it looked lovely with books, games and squidgy sof - Staff were fantastic, attentive, amusing and efficient. Achieved a delightful mix of comfort, luxury and relaxation for guests. The location was very rural yet within easy reach of Romsey, WInchester, Portsmouth etc. Many thoughtful touches impressed, for example the room had not only the usual tea and coffee but fresh milk was in a fridge on the landing, there were great biscuits, port, nuts and other goodies! Great recommendations for evening meals and a memorable breakfast. Liked the c
