I booked the premier inn for my sons honeymoon night, The receptionist was very helpful as we had to check in for them as it was a surprise and she even bought them a card which was really nice.
My son said it was really comfortable and clean, breakfast was great.
I live locally so know the location is beautiful right next to the QEII lake which takes between 20-30 minutes to walk around. The town of Ashington is only a 2 minute drive away.I would recommend this to anyone. todos opiniões »
Premier Inn Rooms are generally all the same, extremely well appointed, clean with excellent facilities and this one was no exception. There was a restaurant next door which provided excellent value for money meals.
Location was spot on for us to visit the Northumberland Min ers Picnic.
Food was good Drink was good and although we had the disabled quarters it was not a problem.
Location was quiet. My son enjoyed the play area. The staff were genuinely friendly. Customer service was excellent. The view overlooking the lake was pleasant.
we liked the brewers fayre pub which the hotel was connected to good value and family friendly.staff were really helpful and very polite both in hotel and pub.
The staff both in the premier inn and in the attached restaurant were excellent in every way!
Everywhere was clean and tidy.
a one night stay so not a lot of time to sample the amenities or to comment on. lovely setting and lovely staff.
Lady on reception was lovely, our room was booked as a disabled one by accident and she changed it straight away.
The location is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We have been here a few times as we like it.
Staff were very helpful, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast exceeded expectations, excellent value.
the location was peaceful, quiet and beutiful scenery.Ideal base for getting around visiting the area.
I liked everything about the hotel I could not find any fault with anything except the location.
Premier Inns always offer good value for money. Room was roomy and the bed very comfortable.
The view over the lake, friendly reception staff, comfortable well
equip t rooms.
Reception team were ace couldnt do enough.
Location greeted by friendly staff. Usual Premier Inn high standards!.
the staff resturant locality.
location and modern hotel.
Food in the Brewers Fayre was fantastic. Usual level of comfort in the rooms - everything you need at a good price. There was a promise with one of our bookings which left a bit of a sour taste, but when we complained after arriving back home, Premier Inn fulfilled their "good nights sleep" promise quickly and professionally. Very impressed with the customer service at head office, if not at the site itself.
Exellent, scenic location, great staff and restraunt/bar downstairs, but no loud music or late closing so relatively peaceful.
clean, nice pillows, friendly staff,.
Had a problem with the air conditioning which was remedied by the extremely efficient staff.
The amount of litter outside the hotel and pub was terrible. The area could have been really attractive but the plastic bags etc really spoiled it. For this reason I would not recommend it to others or return myself.
Nothing (and I am a picky traveller).
£90 for the night excluding breakfast seemed expensive.
family room was a little small and crampt because my 2 boys 11 and 13 took up a lot of room.
I didn't like all the tables in the bar area were set for dining. Nowhere to sit if you just wanted a drink!.
We couldn't get a refund for a canceled nights stay although the
receptionist tried her hardest as it was after 12pm.
Forgot my toothpaste was offered a full pack 3.99. Dear to just brush
teath. Should sell separate items. Wifi this day and age should be free
not half hour. Try linking with bt free zone or virgin anyware.
power cut and having to move hotels.
Nothing to do with Ashington, but had booked 3 rooms at Wrexham for a Friday & Saturday in September, just found out we're only staying one night, tried to cancel the Friday and was told that PE have a new policy at this hotel and you can now only stay the whole weekend! Needless to say, cancelled all three rooms.
Was only 1 towel so had to ask for another one,
Mattress was hard! But that could be only one isolated case.
price of breakfast
need toast and tea option at reasonable price.
Room smelt of urine not a plesant introduction to a Premmier In We were most disserpointed wit our stay the night was disrupted by the smell on our clothes.
