Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.

This Guesthouse was fantastic. Lovely guy who runs the place couldn't do enough for everyone. Great to talk to if you need advice about what to see and do nearby! Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities- exactly what we needed. Very spacious place with lots of different public areas meant we could wander about and not feel like we were creeping around someones house! We had a great time, it was my mothers birthday and the staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable. - The setting of the hotel was great,arrived too late to use the leisure facilities. Breakfast was first class. Will definitely use the hotel again.

I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.

The range of serious reading books in the lounge on the local area was very helpful in planning trips. Loved the view from the room. The four post bed was fun! The Port in the evening was a nice touch and long may this tradition continue. I Loved the whole feel of the place and had a really relaxing time in the area. We stayed for three nights over the Highland Games and would be happy to return again.

Accommodation was of a very high standard. Meals were served with timed bookings so we got great service when we needed it but were left to enjoy our meal as each course arrived. - Staff were excellent. Very polite,friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends
