  We loved everything abou tthe Blue Bell Hotel - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful - the lovely blonde lady who worked at breakfast time was smashing - the bar staff were lovely and overall our stay was brilliant. The rooms were fine - clean and comfortable - the situation was perfect for our travelling around and sightseeing. Many thanks - we'll be back!! - The bedrooms were simple but well decorated and had everything one needed for a good nights rest. There was also a small flat screen TV as well as Tea and Coffee making facilities and a lift. Hotel bedrooms on three floors. Purposely built hotel bedroom block and large car park. Staff could not have been more helpful. There was also a bar and a restaurant with a carvery on the Sunday, but it finishes at 18:00 hours.

  Before booking in we received a friendly phonecall from the receptionist called Jill - who was there on our check-in.There are not enough words to describe how amazingly brilliant, helpful and thoughtful she was at making our stay so enjoyable. We went up to do a bunjee jump off the Transporter Bridge and her support was inavaluable. Not only did... o que as pessoas dizem » we have free hot drinks all day, she proceeded to entertain our eight year old son with art activities. She recommended Witby which was excellent. Th - The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the blond lady who worked weekends. She went beyond the call of duty to help us with places to visit and even typed out directions how to get there as well as to shopping areas. The carvery next door had excellent food and good service. There was 30 minutes of free WIFI per day which was sufficient for our needs. There was ample parking.
