The staff were very helpful the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and adequately supplied with tea and coffeee making facilties. Big and clean room. Complimentaru fair trade coffee, tea,chicolate. In the clean big bathroom there were even body lotions! Breakfast rich and plentiful. A real bargain for this price. I will go again!

  Booked a double room with shared bathroom - on arrival was upgraded to ensuite, simply because they had one available. Lovely room - immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed, really helpful welcome binder giving me wifi code and listing available facilities. Mentioned tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing board - found them tucked away in the wardrobe so that when you walk in the ro - The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements. Paul is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, I know it sounds cliché but it really was like being a part of the family. The facilities were good, very clean and it was great value for money.   the staff were fantastic . very helpful and always smiling . we went to the Robbie Williams concert at the Ethiad stadium and the hotel had arranged mini buses to drop off and pick up. what a godsend! dont know how we would have got back withiut the forward thinking. when we did eventually het back at 12.25am the night porter told us to get hot te... o que as pessoas dizem » a out of the machine with fresh milk he told us he was on all night if we needed anything. such a lovely helpful man. next day we had a full English - 6 of us stayed at the lodge for the Magic weekend at Etihad stadium. We all feel that the valve for money here was excellent. The staff were some of the very best and polite staff we had come across for a while. They really were helpful. The men of which they were 4 were made up with the quality of food that was served up at the buffet breakfast. Very nicely cooked well stocked all you can eat and drink breakfast included in the price. We will definitely recommend an stay here again. Thank you

Very helpful, nice please people the reviews that you are seeing are just fake, the hotel is clean, bathroom as well, not noisy, I mean very nice. I am a frequent traveler, I go to many countries and I did like the Citi. Thestaff where very friendly and heplful and the room was brilliant. Thehotel provided a taxi service at a very reasonable rate. I woulddefinaetly stay here again.

  Everything was amazing quality staff, rooms, food, location and price! All 4 of us really enjoyed the stay and next trip to Manchester we won't be looking to stay anywhere else! - It is a really nice pub clean and tidy, good prices for rooms Good location to town centre. Would stay there again
