  Booked a double room with shared bathroom - on arrival was upgraded to ensuite, simply because they had one available. Lovely room - immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed, really helpful welcome binder giving me wifi code and listing available facilities. Mentioned tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing board - found them tucked away in the wardrobe so that when you walk in the ro - The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements. Paul is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, I know it sounds cliché but it really was like being a part of the family. The facilities were good, very clean and it was great value for money.   I like everything about that hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly, family environment. Very helpful, nice please people the reviews that you are seeing are just fake, the hotel is clean, bathroom as well, not noisy, I mean very nice. I am a frequent traveler, I go to many countries and I did like the Citi. Thestaff where very friendly and heplful and the room was brilliant. Thehotel provided a taxi service at a very reasonable rate. I woulddefinaetly stay here again.
