I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.

The position is excellent and though set back and quiet, it is right next to a large Tesco and the M62 junction, at one end of a pleasant village with a lovely park and several eateries and within a few minutes walk of the Metrolink station which takes you right into the centre of Manchester. For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were beautiful. I particularly like the dressing mirror with the hairdryer and plug for straighteners etc. In so many hotels, you have to search around for a plug for your hairdryer and then it is not near a mirror - Premier Inn obviously understand a woman's requirements. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Firstly, there are 3 Premier Inns within walking distance of each other
and I went to the wrong one. The receptionist at the first Inn was
friendly and polite and looked up my reservation (with no booking
number) and pointed me in the right direction to the Inn that I had

Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and
warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

The location was fantastic as it was easy to access the Trafford Centre which was only a short walk away. The room was a good size, not cramped with the extra beds as some
'family' rooms are - very smart and comfortable. But the best
thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere!
Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast,
was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and really made us feel genuinely
welcomed. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organised, but it was the
