The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge. Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

- Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all the questions patiently and explained very clear about whare to go and what to do in a day, especially, night staff that even offered to walk me to the car park at night. This what I call 'Extra miles service' - very happy!

Para quem pouco ou nada conhecia dos hoteis ingleses a cordialidade a amabilidade dos funcionarios foi excelente e o ambiente no hotel a fazer lembrar os hoteis que nos acostumamos a ver so em filmes era espectacular. - Mudarem o quarto de económico para executivo sem pagar mais por isso, ja que o hotel nao se encontrava completo.

For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.
