The luxury, serviced waterside apartments are designed and built to a very high specification. There is a secure internal car parking space.

The apartments are conveniently located in a residential development close to Manchester city centre and some of the North-West’s greatest tourist attractions. The Metrolink tram service operates from right outside the door at Anchorage Quay and provides routes throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay again soon.all though it was on the outskirts of manchester town the tram ran outside our apartment which was just great.

Personal preference a harder matress.Light bulbs in bathrooms not working, no phone in apartment and therewas suppose to be one, free continental breakfast did not have pastriesas indicated on the website. location no local amenities as advertised within walking distsance and it was not a hotel although we were lead to believe by your web site it was a serviced apartment ie. with local hotel facilities on site. The address we were provided with was wrong as there is no buildingcalled media city. Therefore we wasted time looking for the apartmentblock and had to ring the number to be given directions. The key foropening the garage door was missing so we had to get out of the car toopen and close the door. This would be very difficult if you were alone. No restaurant or shops at building.Taxi drivers did not know where to find it!. I did not like the misleading advertising. It stated a view of Old Trafford, we had a view of a big office block. It stated that amenities such as iron and hairdryer and skycard would be inroom but we had to ask for these things and then did not receive the hairdryer. There were no directions and it took our taxi a good 30 minutes of driving around Media City to find the place after several calls. Thought the breakfast was very meagre. Considering the cost of the apartment the breakfast provided must have cost less than £3 for two people. There should have been a wider choice of cereals, more fruit and yoghurts and pastries as well. No breakfast as said,no internet as said no sky tv no one called through out my stay to find out how i am faring or if i need any thing and they is no reception office. difficult to find. was noisy and overlooked a loading bay , you had to go on the balcany to see the water. Stated continental breakfast was provided but it was no where enough for 3 people for 2 days !. The position was awful, after dropping my daughter at university it took us an hour to find apartment, there was no sign on the apartments, everyone we stopped to ask where they might be had never heard of them. When we managed to speak to someone at the apartment for directions he actually told us they were very very difficult to find, we then could not get hold of him for 45 mins,.

As this is a residential development, no hotel facilities are available on-site. However, amenities are available very close by, including restaurants, bars, cultural attractions, entertainment and a fully equipped gym/spa. The apartments also benefit from a 24-hour on-site concierge to make restaurant/ theatre reservations, organise dry cleaning and laundry services or answer any queries that you may have during your stay.

Important information to guests

City Centre Chic caters primarily for corporate guests and city visitors. It does not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers. Additional persons attempting to visit the apartment, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access.

City Centre Chic retains the right to impose a GBP 50 surcharge for cleaning services if the apartment has been left in what is considered to be an unacceptable state of cleanliness. This charge shall be imposed at their discretion. Children under the age of 16 may be allowed by prior arrangement.

All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the booking stage shortly after your stay.

Information about the area

Salford Quays is a fantastic waterside district on the outskirts of Manchester, only a 5-minute drive from the heart of the city. Known as 'The Docklands of the North', this newly developed area has plenty to offer including some of the greatest tourist attractions in the North West including Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Lowry Theatre & Art Gallery and The Imperial War Museum.

The Quays are situated only 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M602 motorway, 10 minutes from Piccadilly Station and 15 minutes from Manchester International Airport.

The thriving business district of Trafford Park is close by and the Quays play host to Media City, the new home of the BBC from 2009 onwards.

Within a 5-minute walk you will be in the heart of Salford Quays where you can make the most of Salford Quays Watersports Centre, The Lowry Designer Village, Esporta gym/spa, the Vue Red cinema and a whole host of restaurants, bars and eateries. Other nearby attractions include a Daytona karting centre, Lancashire County Cricket Club (Old Trafford), Chillfactor indoor snow-sports complex and the world-famous Trafford Centre shopping mall.
