Excellent service, welcome and facilities - we really appreciated being able to use one of our rooms early in order to change clothes for the wedding we were attending - thank you. Wonderful breakfast in sunny breakfast room overlooking garden, countryside and free-roaming chickens! Very convenient for Leeds Castle if that's somewhere you intend to visit. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the landlady of the house. The
B&B is very clean and comfortable and as they keep hens, the
breakfast eggs are as fresh as can be. Travelling north after a late
ferry from France, this B&B is ideally situated for a good
night's rest before moving up.
Before my stay the landlady was in touch several times to ensure an easy check in and arrival. The room was spacious, in excellent condition and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic served in a room overlooking the garden. All in all wish I could have stayed longer.
The location, close to Leeds Castle and the motorway to Dover and London. Parking in front of the house. Lovely views over the countryside. from a clean ,comfortable bedroom.A warm welcome and a tasty breakfast.What more can you want?.

A perfect location for Leeds Castle and not too far from Canterbury.
Very helpful owner. Within walking distance to the Leeds Castle using a combination of road and public footpath. The castle and, in particular, the grounds made for a nice day outing. Countryside location was very pleasant.
Lady Owner was very friendly and service was fantastic and B&B is very clean. Our executive double room was eye catching with nice view and it has a character. will indeed stay again :-).

This B and B was immaculately clean and was ideally situated for a one night stop over after a long drive north through France and an evening tunnel crossing.
The house is airy and well lighted. Bedrooms towards the back with a
nice view to the fields as advertised. Very good breakfast in
pleasant room.

The B and B just had no character. The rooms were spotlessly clean but very much like a show home. Also we had requested a double but only a twin was prepared for us.
I would also suggest a different radio station for the breakfast room! Classic fm is surely not a common preference. Perhaps all a bit pretentious.
The twin room #4 was smaller than advertised (12-14 qm instead of 23)
and especially the en-suite bathroom was extremely small.

The en suite facility was very small with the sanitary fixtures very restrictive to use, unfortunately on the occasion we visited the shower was out of order.
The bed wasn't very comfortable.
En-suite had extremely low ceiling, must be against planning regs. No extractor fan. Automatic sensory light goes out when you are in the shower! No razor point.
Had to order what we wanted for breakfast the day before - very difficult to know what you will feel like! Breakfast stopped at 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
We cannot believe this is a 4 star B&B. Had problems to find the
house (due to darkness and rain) but could not get any answer on the
phone for assistance. Room was very noisy, central water heater kicked
off ervery 40 min. And run for 15 min for the entire night, guests
upstairs got up at 5:30 am and that was the end of our night too.
