They were really attentive and nice. It was a great choice!. Close proximity to Luton Airport and parking on hotel frontage. The manager booked a taxi for me for the next morning and was knowledgeable about the area. This place is cheap. Great if you just need a few hours sleep before your next flight.TV
other sleepers did not disturb us with any noise. todos opiniões »
easy access to airport. The bed was comfortable. The manager/owner advised us to book our taxi for the morning and helped us with this. nothing we ask for wake up call and got a alarmclock. Pillow slightly hard!. The floorboards were old and noisy with late travellers and the walls are thin. However you get what you apy for.The shower wouldn't work. I found this room and hotel very cold. The heating it room was not enough and during night it get off. So we spent very cold night. We also could not use shower because of risk of getting ill.
Hotel is situated by busy road. We didnt expect this nois to be so strong.bathroom had to be used in a different room. The room was cold, the heater switched itself off during the night. Only 1 bath towel and 3 hand towels were provided for 3 people and we had to find the manager to get more. He was difficult to locate and I eventually rang the front door to call him out. He was surprised at our request. The kindest thing to say about the place was that it was a renovation project in progress. We were asked to leave the key in our room when we left in the morning. We just let ourselves out the front door.I found the room sparse and ill-equipped - no TV, teabags or even soap. We had to share a small shower cubicle with several other guests. The room was cold and the bedding too thin. Overall I found the hotel greatly over-priced. the hotel was really bad and would not recommened to anyone, the last or basic facilities such as a shower and a toilet without mould around it would have been better. the hotel was a complete dive. Within 20 i had had enough and left the hotel and stayed as the Luton Travelodge instead as i was not going to stay in the accommodation.
