The Hamptons features free Wi-Fi and is 15 minutes' walk from the Fife Coastal Path in Lundin Links. Neighbouring Lower Largo, the village is home to Lundin Golf Club and offers a sandy beach within 15 minutes’ walk. This guest house was previously a brewery and bakery in the 1800s. It features accommodation offering tea and coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast is available every morning, including smoked fish, poached egg, sweet waffles, scrambled eggs and porridge. The village of Lundin Links offers restaurants, bars, and shops, within a 15-minute stroll. The Kingdom of Fife is traditionally the home of golf, and there are over 30 courses within a 15 mile radius of the property, including The Old Course in St Andrews. The area also offers Kellie Castle and the Scottish Fisheries Museum, both within a 20-minute drive. The Hamptons provides free private parking.

Our friendly Hostess Evelyn warmly welcomed us. She was informative of the facilities available in and around Hampton House. Our tastfully decorated room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and with good room space. The continental breakfast was lovely and very filling. The guest lounge and dining are also comfortable and quiet. This area and the foyer looked pretty at night with the fairy lights on and tea candles burning. Great WIFI reception through out the House. I am pleased we ch.
todos opiniões » Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends. We loved everything about the Hampton House! It's an adorable B&B run by Evelyn who is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and have everything you would expect. We stayed here for only one night to tour St. Andrews, but we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Evelyn...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit brief. A warm welcome from the owner who was very friendly and helpful.Excellent en-suite room and very nice continental breakfast.We were walking the coastal path and arrived after walking 20 miles and looking forward to relaxing and a good nights sleep and Hampton House more than met our needs. Thoughtful provission of fresh flask of milk milk and not that Ineeded them but paracetamol tablets. Coming in late from a party wasn't a problem as we got our own outside door key. I was their with my adult daughter daughter so didn't fit into any of the other categories. Accomodation very clean and compact - we were in the apartment which was a self contained flat. Breakfast was superb - the owner was very friendly and I have already recommended this accomodation to friends and we hope to return next year. We walked down to the beach at Largo - which was gorgeous - even saw some herons. No chance at all to sleep with an open window - and the rooms are directly under the roof. Everything was great. Nothing. Not a thing, everything was perfect. N/A. Nothing, everything was fabulous!. Nothing not to like. did not take credit cards. Option of cooked breakfast would be good.
