Stone Head House has a quiet location in the small valley of Stone Head, near Lothersdale and Cowling in North Yorkshire.
The house was once a working farm. It has been carefully restored and has original character and traditional charm. The rooms have tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is cooked on the traditional Aga stove in the farmhouse kitchen. The menu includes fresh-baked bread, full English breakfasts, home-cured bacon, smoked Alaskan salmon and oak-smoked kippers from Whitby.
The dining hall has an original stone fireplace.
